Right with you on that one.

Training in equipment is such a ball ache and frustrating 90% of the time. Its much more fun just to lift stuff without having to f**k about.

So I have been neglecting my overhead press for a while now coff coff about 6 months and I think the time has come to throw some in and see if it helps my bench out so here its goes

Strict press
3x5x100

Push press

3x3x120 easy press but I was shaking like a s**ttin dog when I had it locked out

Flat close grip bench

3x8x120

Floor press legs flat
2x2x140

Triceps work
Hammer curls
Face pulls

Cheers jack will have to see how it goes last time I lifted overhead was that time at junction where I tried max axle with a hangover at the winter warmer haha

Most people won't know this hut my 1st go at strength sports was actualy strong man and I did have an okay overhead in relation to my other lifts at one point its just a shame I'm s**t at anything that involves reps or moving haa
