thanks lee it always happens i think its when people stop commenting on my log (my training is pretty boring) i just loose intrest lol btw have u still got my old inzer squat suit?

yeh thats what i thaught the biggest pb of all time will be if i stick to a full 6 week program but i think this one has hit the nail on the head i was gasing on the 10 rep squats which is pretty worring to say i was doing 180 for 10 not so long ago hopefully conditioning will come back quick

hope so ben and am i alrite to come over and pick it up sometime lee only wanna use it straps down to get used to bottom half of suit dont take alot of wieght to get down in the inzer cant wait to get my centurion

Yeah come for a session at ralls on sat if you want? Will be training with the team. I used my cent breifs for first time tonight an couldn't hit depth at 180 managed at 200 but it was hard.

So here's last nite training to say I could hardly walk before I even got to the gym would be an understatement took me about 30mins of pain squatting empty bar till the doms eased off but after that it was all good

Beltless squats
5x7x125
2x2x180 a lot faster than day 1
Deficit deadlifts
15x1x170
Pendly rows
4x6x80
Db shrugs
4x20x40kg

another horrible session tonite legs seem to hurt all day long but as soon as i get wieght on the bar they are fine and on a plus side my squats are getting alot faster out of the hole

What makes you choose to squat beltless or belted? Is it just down to the weight or to target a particular weakness?

Really like the look of your high volume squating and i'm sure it will do wonders for your overall strenght,but do you think you could get just as good gains only squating twice a week??

Not sure yet don't know if il be strong enough in the equipment yet but I'm gunna start playing around with and iv got some big pb's I wanna break raw this year but il have to see how it pans out wanna see how far o can go with this squat as I havnt stalled yet so gunna see how far I can take it il most probs have a go in a equipment at the yne or south yorks open if your doin either of them

I don't think it would work for me aswell because the reason I squat like this is to try build the bottom half of my body for the squat sort of isolating the legs and hips in away so its keeping my upper body and back fresh to deadlift if that makes sense when I go heavier the days will decrease tho

Oh okay, pretty sure that I am going to do the British unequipped so will most likely see you at that one.

When I squat Beltless I have to work a lot harder to to stay tight to get a good drive out of the bottom so when I squat Beltless for a long time when I go back to wearing a belt I feel a lot stronger in the bottom of the squat
