Paul you can't row How on earth you were 146kg Even world class strongman are fat as f**k at 146kg and you can barely bench your body weight properly and can't pull twice your bodyweight When was the last time you did a NORMAL exercise through a FULL range of motion for NORMAL number of reps Quarter reps on a smith bench for 50 reps is stupid, everyone knows it. Even you know it. Ronnie Coleman, Phil Heath, arnie did bench through a proper range Sarychev, Spoto, coan did full range bench Bill kaz, big z, ed hall do full range bench So why on earth you think some half arsed half rep smith bo***cks will actually make you strong is beyond me and beyond everyone!
