Finished 3rd yesterday loved the events and comp in general. Can’t wait To improve on the weaknesses I found yesterday

120kg log for reps
5 ... missed command on first so ended with 4

350kg yoke
15m with 2 drops

270kg deadlift

280kg frame carry
Fast out the gate but dropped at around 10 metres picked up again and tore callus made it to just over 20m

Good Mate! I have a 3 month old daughter now but still managing to train. Its strange i train less now than ever and i am the strongest i have ever been. Got my name down for a couple of strongman comps will have to see how that pan's out
