had my first session dedicated to pressing tonight just to see where im at with it

flat bench

3x140 all nice and fast with a good pause

put titan ram on

onto floor press these felt even stronger

lat pull downs

facepulls
3x10
5x10 decending down the stack to faliure

db shrugs 74kg each hand

bicep hammer curls decending wieght to 20 rep faliure set

titan ram i can rep with 160-180
fury shirt touch with 180 and rep 180-190 to 1 board
rage x strugle to touch with anything under 200

tbh i have taken my bat and ball home with the equipment i think the bench will help my raw bench abit but as for squat i just prefer the feeling of raw cba with the this suit will give me this this suit will give me that its bollox i just wanna lift haha

thats not to say i probs wont compete equipped at some point i just dont find it fun

haha thanks man but i think i have along way to go with the bench it gets on my nerves because im built for it and my technique is good for me i just need to get stronger haha dont think il ever be happy till i bench 200 raw and when that day comes il probs be onto the next target hahah oh the joys of lifting

Steady session had a dodgy curry last nite so didn't want to drive the squats too hard out of the hole if you know what I mean haa

Wow been watching some of your squat vids and they are truly excellent. In the least homo way possible I love the way you squat. Do you squat in heeled shoes and what happens if you squat in flats?

Thanks man still got some tweaking to do but it seems to be the lift I'm best suited to and as for shoes I have always squatted in wrestling boots with a realy thin flat sole ones I'm using at momment almost feel like socks I have tried heels once when I started out but just didn't agree with me I like to realy sit back on my heals in the sqaut and a healed shoe made me use my toes

thanks mate felt realy good after my deadlift has been playing on my mind for a while and getting me down everything over 220 has felt like s**t but i watched back over my old deadlift vids and realised over time my feet have got closer and closer togther to the point where im at now so deadlifted with awider stance last nite and just like that my deadlift felt solid again the 265 was pretty easy so gunna go for the 272.5 next week fingers crossed
