bench session felt abit weak today from dieting but its going well seem to be keeping all more muscle mass and slowly targeting the fat down to 109 as we speak

thanks man yeh it takes a while i get to the gym about 5.30 and end up leaving at 9 at this stage in the cycle most time inbetween sets is spent talking complete bollox but later on il be spending my time collapsing in a heap and throwing up between sets haha

Your workout could have been structured like this last night:

Abusive comments to none hardcore lifter 3x3 (comments x individuals)
Suggested likelihood of impending violence 10x1
Making Si look like a weak bas***d 2x1

haha i think i was having a bad day your forgetting the issue of death threats when lifters were talking between sets therefore taking longer to get through there hour long bench session
