15.11.09 Event training.

Farmer's:

2 x 40m x 60kg
40m x 97,5kg,
25m x 123kg,
25m x 133kg

Souldering stone:

2 x 4 x 120kg

Bigger one onto a platform:

1 x 140kg
0 x 140kg
1 x 140kg

Went alright although my back was not fully recovered from thursday deads.
Was supposed to walk more longer lengths but decided to go for more heavier sets and shgorter distances.
Did the shouldering for the first time (except for a single earlier in the year..) whitch felt alright.
On top of those some singles with a big f**ker. Rep number two went to hell because of concentration problem or something.

Cheers everybody!!

Last week went all wrong because of the ache on my body.. On wednesday me and Juha were at weightlifting school for the second time and the good news is I learned to do the clean properly!!

For the rest of the week it was work, eat, sleep..

Today was having a massage for two hours so my newxt practise will be on wednesday again in weighlifting school..maybe pressiong on thursday or friday and some events on sunday..

25.11.09 Weightlifting..

Snatch:

6 x 3 x 20-60kg

Clean & jerk:

6 x 3 x 60-100kg

Ab wheel:

3 x 10

Really enjoyable seassion!!
Snatch went alright considering that I haven't done them never properly.
Shoulder stiffness seems to be a minor problem for me..(SURPRISINGLY!! Tongue)
On the cleans I need to get more thought on the second pull and to be more straighter when getting up from the squat..maybe I'll get it thru my head in time..
Tommorow we'll be a day off and on friday it's time for a log session!!
