Squat:

8 x 60kg,
5 x 120kg,
5 x 150kg,
3 x 185kg,
3 x 195kg,
3 x 205kg

Deads:

8 x 70kg,
5 x 120kg,
3 x 160kg,
1 x 180kg,
1 x 200kg (double overhand grip till this point)
7 x 200kg

Pull ups with a hammer grip:

8 x op,
10 x op + 10kg,
7 x op + 10kg

Knee lifts hanging on a bar:

2 x 20

Went smoothly. Squat went nicely!!
The reps on the deads we're not to the end..decided to leave it there because my back was so sore from the heavy squating. Was focusing more on keeping my body in form.
That was it for this week because my body feels like bruised and ran over with a bulldozer. I'm having a massage on saturday.

Short updates from last week since my internet is down at the moment..

Last bit of August/first bit of week from september

Log lift 10":

Records were broken!! 162,5k's was reality!! Almost stayed on my face but was able to press it up with out "head assistance". In the same training I smashed my previous rep record on the incline with 4 x 160kg's! Nothing to mention about rest of the training for the week..

I have been on the evening shift so I haven't really been pushing my self in training..
Today is day of from work and I have been considering of trying a new record in bench press.. Happy

10.09.10 Big ass bench press day!!

Bench press:

20 x 20kg,
10 x 60kg,
2 x 5 x 100kg,
3 x 130kg,
1 x 160kg,
1 x 180kg,
1 x 200kg PR
9 x 160kg PR

Dip's:

10 x bw,
10 x bw + 25kg,
6 x bw + 35kg,
6 x bw + 50kg,
6 x bw + 75kg

Wide grip pull down with a shovel grip:

8 x 70kg,
8 x 95kg,
8 x 110kg,
6 x 130kg,
6 x 150kg

Ab's on a cable machine:

4 x 20 rising weight 25kg - 50kg

Finally the day came!! 200k's RAW bench was mine!! It was pretty easy when I watched it from my phone afterwards. And after that was still able to push a rep record with 160k..super great day in bench press!!
Pull down's went well also..back is burning and I still want to do deadlift today!

11.09.10 Deadlift only..

Deads:

8 x 60kg,
5 x 100kg,
5 x 150kg,
10 x 205kg

Short one but that's what I went for!! Happy
Took the ten reps whitch I wanted..
Thought about doing some reps in the front squat with light weights but my legs thought other wise..so decided to strech out my shoulders and pumped up breasts a bit..

15.09.10 Legs.

Front squat:

10 x 20kg,
8 x 60kg,
8 x 90kg,
3 x 130kg,
10 x 1 x 160kg (1 minute rest between reps)

Leg press (weights without sleigh):

10 x 100kg,
10 x 200kg,
3 x 5 x 300kg

Leg curls:

6 x 10-20 x 25-50kg

Legs are pretty f**king sore!
Short pauses between reps on the fronts made me really lose my breath at the end and forced the middle section of body to really work!!
Trying to get some training for the back of the thighs also..

NKS1: Bloody hope so..starting to peak up my events on tuesday and that means 2 or 3 event trainings on every week!!

On 17th of this month I had me a healthy baby boy!! Weight was 3790g and height was 51cm!! So f**king happy and excited about it!! Happy

16.09.10 Presses..

Dumbell:

4 x 50kg L/R,
3 x 62kg L/R,
2 x 72kg L/R,
1 x 75kg L/R,
2 x 62kg/R, 72kg/L, 80kg/R (fail) Unhappy

Seated dumbell press/dips as super sets:

2 x 15 x 35kg + 15 x bw

15 minute dash with bicycle just to get my legs going again..

The end..not my best performance..
Our new BIG dumbell just didn't stayed still nicely with the 80 kg lifts which probably made them go off balance. The 75'rs were piss easy!! Little bit of technique work and that'll do it.
Super sets for the shoulders and triceps were killers!! I strongly recommend!
