Viper with 10" log: 8 x 45kg, 8 x 75kg, 5 x 95kg, 2 x 7 x 110kg BTN jerk: 5 x 60kg, 5 x 90kg, 3 x 115kg, 3 x 130kg PR 3 x 140kg PR ..and that was it for today. Viper's first heavy set was from arse because I know that if I would have had the same burning feeling inside my head that I had during the second set I would have gotten ten reps. Next time then ey.. Then I did some BTN jerk which if haven't done almost at all. Pretty satisfied with my result there. Little bit more concentration and my neck wouldn't be so sore now.. Altogether I'm satisfied..
