Bench press competition serie -110kg.1st lift: 190kg - ok. 2nd lift: 200kg - fail. 3rd lift: 200kg - ok. CR Finally 200 nailed in official competition! I've never been able to get myself together after a failed lift in this sort of competitions. In first attempt of 200 I took it too slowly downwards whitch took a lot of power and the press was numb. I was able to got myself together for the third attempt and got the bar to my chest faster and the press was nohing like the first one! Really pleased with this one! Next year I will make the total for all three events. | ||

Squat: 8 x 40kg, 8 x 70kg, 5 x 100kg, 5 x 140kg, 3 x 170kg, 3 x 195kg, 3 x 210kg, 5 x 160kg Ab's on a incline: 3 x 15 - 0-10kg Smooth squats. Didn't feel particularly heavy today..guess I'll have to put some more into it in the future . | ||
