Well things have been quiet lately but today saw me compete in a military PL comp for only second time. Actually my first full PL comp and first comp of any kind did 5 years. Wasn't expecting much so just wanted to post a total. My rather modest target was minimum of 400kg
Managed to squat 150 (think I might have had more) bench 110 (failed 120) and deadlift 210 (again might have had more)
So target of 400 resulted in actual total of 470. Hope this is a good start

Not much been happening between away with work and basically have some sort of pox. Did get out on MTB today. About miles of trail riding not sure on time. Now feel like I've got a hang over

Managed some fairly light bench last Tuesday.

Then ended up taking a 5 mile run lessson before squatting Thursday. Again fairly light but happy enough
