Yesterday I did some sumo deadlift in honour of you so I am logging them here instead of my journal.

Sumo Deadlift with shorts pulled up to bo***cks and quads out all over the place like Jack does.

iv been living in my new house for a week now. Its very nice but has no wifi, tv or sofa. Also my laptop is refusing to acknowledge any disc I put in it. I have very little money right now and im attempting to be straight edge for a while as a detox. Looks like im going to have to find something to train at the gym
