I think its excellent for deadlifting as it you just need raw aggression and not a massive amount of technique. I wouldnt use it when I was doing the more technical lifts though as it plays with your mind too much. | ||

Therell be me and tim (narc on here) in the 105s against paul cater who I think placed second in BSM U105, and another guy who apparently has a 300kg squat and ive seen a vid of him doing a 330kg 18" deadlift. So realistically were going to get our arses handed to us. The pompey team as a whole is very strong with some of the best in britain competing for them so I dont expect us to win. As long as I can give a good account of myself itll be good experience competing with guys of that standard. | ||
