I might have spoken out of my arse when i said i may be able to come over before xmas. Since this time of year is one of the busiest for me, it could be tricky to spend a whole month "up norf". On the other hand i could come for a quickie soon enough. Then february is pretty dead in the water work wise, that's probably the time where i could manage a longer stay. Just so you know, i dont leave you hanging. Afterall you're stronger than i, i'm not taking any unjustified risks! | ||

I'm glad i havent failed much lately, but i'm getting a bit paranoid as for the lack of 'heavy lifting'. Not squatting as much as usual, and staying away from bigger number in the main lifts tend to worry me. Yet on the other hand, and i dont know why, i dont feel any weaker at all, it's rather the contrary. I probably dont need three sessions a week, nor do i need to squat heavy during every session. I know you didnt say i should squat less, it's just what is happening these days for other reasons! | ||

You'll not lose any strength mate as you are getting plenty of graft in with reasonably heavy weights. Stick with it for a while longer and once the success pattern is engrained then bang the odd heavy session in where you go up to failure, get a few weeks in like that then drop back to the volume and no failures again but step the poundages up a bit compared to the previous run at it. Squats need to be consistent but with the leg power you've got, missing them now and again wont make much difference. You've got the legs for 120/150 right now so leg power will never be an issue | ||
