nice bench n pulls.

form looks similar to mine on deads. so with that in mind its prob s**t lol. seriously tho they work well for you so it cant be that bad.

Lol ta mate, that's kind of my thinking as long as bar gets from a to b with no injury's or massive arching then it can't be all that bad? I've started training front squats and paying some more attention to my quads cos I know their weaknesses for me so maybe form will change when weak spots are less weak?...

Last couple of weeks I've narrowed my stance a bit and it feels better, pretty sure last set is a pb, happy. 

Front squats (sleeves only)
75kg x 5 - last rep ended up on my bicep lol
85kg x 3
95kg x slipped off &rt;Unhappy
95kg x 5 pb

Quad free motion
No12 x 8 each leg.
No14 x 6 each leg
No15 x 4 each leg
No10 x 20 each leg 

Massive horrible pump! 

SLDL (doh)

120kg x 5

Hard because of grip but happy it held out.

7th very nearly there, previous
Pb was about 3 reps, happy with progress. 

Strict log (one clean)

No assistance or owt today, had a stomach bug or something yesterday was puking and all that so not much energy today.
