decided to do bench as well as some overhead today and will do some overhead on bench day.

strict press from rack -

bar x 10
40kg x 8
50kg x 3
60kg x 1
65kg x 1
belt on
70kg x 1
75kg x 1 PB Happy

happy with this, managed to resist using elbow sleeves too Happy, 75 was my target for next may (previous pb was 65kg i think).
NEW TARGET for may = 82.5kg strict also with no sleeves.

Flat bench

60kg x 6
80kg x 5
90kg x 4
training sets -
95kg x 3
95kg x 3
95kg x 3
95kg x 3
95kg x 3
95kg x 3
95kg x 3

v happy with this 7x3@95kg. trained alone so unracked bar myself wich got difficult on the last set.

clean and press one arm dumbell -
warm with 20kg.
belt on
32.5kg x R,L,R,L,R,L.
32.5kg x R,L,R,L,R,L.
32.5kg x R,L,R,L,R,L.

Tricep dips 16/11.

cheers guys, strict and bench are feeling strong at the moment, squat feels like its going somewhere slowly but surely, just hope i have a few good deadlift sessions soon and ill be alot happier. Happy

Got to 120kg warming up on deadlifts and a callous had come off and was stingin too much to carry on.
Did some pull ups and chin ups which didnt feel grea

Did some squats 100kg x 6 was best set.
All round felt like crap last night, gonna try my best to do as little as possible till monday and hopefully i will recover a bit and have a decent deadlift day.

Nice few sessions pal, if the hand is still sore stick a glove on, it worked for me.
Might be worth a try rather than miss training, or try some fabric tape.

thanks mate. And yea think i will put some tape in my bag, anything to keep the skin flaps from being pulled off further would have helped, dont think i own any gloves anymore though.

Deadlifts - changed my technique tonight, felt alot better.

warmed up with sum reps on 60, 100, 120 and 140.

Very happy with bench today, didnt know if i would be able to pull off triples at 100kg.

i know mate, but to be onhest i felt f**ked and was havin a bad day so when my hand started bleeding i decided to have a strop and use it as an excuse Grin

Squats -
Reps on bar, 60,80,90,100 to warm up. Then -
115kg 3x3
100kg x5
All decent depth, wanted 5x3 on 115 but just wasnt happenin tonight.

Strict press - 60kg 5 sets of 3

seated reardelt raises - 15kg 6/6/8.

not a bad sesh, yesterday hammered me a bit and i could feel it today.
