Third set much better. 110kg x 12 belt/sleeves. Front squat (oly grip!) 60kg x 1 - proper chuft I kept this steady ![]() 60kg x 1 60kg x 1 60kg x 1 60kg x 15 second hold. Wrists still getting mashed up so still not taking all weight on shoulders but better than iv managed before. Strict press Bar x 10 60kg x 5 65kg x 5 Bench press 60kg x 10 80kg x 3 100kg x 5 100kg x 7 +2 assisted. Not a bad one, still just doing what I feel like with training atm. | ||

Hard. 120kg x 9 (wanted 10, shoulder didn't..) Clean grip fronts -- Few doubles and singles with 60kg then 60kg x 8! Apart from pain in fingers and a lil bit choked I felt sturdy just looked up whole time during squats think it helped. 60kg x 3 Couldn't handle more on fingers and wrists today, hopefully stretched my s**t out some more for a go next time. Hands in alot narrower fingers actually touching shoulders...felt better. Seated db press 18kg x 10 30kg x 6 30kg x 6 34kg x 5 34kg x 7 Bench press 60kg x 5 100kg x 5 100kg x 5 100kg x 8 Db fly's 20kg x 10 24kg x 10 Incline fly 24kg x 6 24kg x 10 Bw Plank X 1:00 X 1:30 - hard as f**k today. Enjoyed! Bw 87kg in gym clothes so up a kg over the last couple of weeks not ate very much today yet either so good stuff. | ||
