I did put them in here somewhere, forgot about that journal goals bit, but nice to think i hit my main goal this year! Happy

I pretty much want to improve all round but squat strength is an important one in the coming months as its an obvious weak point and should help improve everything else in turn.

110kg x 5 sleeves
125kg x 8 belt/sleeves.

May have been good for more but shoulder was killing by the end of the set.

Front squats (just sleeves)
60kg x 5
80kg x 5
90kg x 3
90kg x 2
90kg x 3

Bit Gash at these today, rolled sleeves up for last set so bar was on skin, felt a bit safer.

Chin ups x 12

50kg x 5 strict
55kg x 5 strict
75kg x 1
85kg x 1
95kg x 1 sleevless pb. Very little leg drive.
65kg x 8 strict

Seated db press
30kg x 8
30kg x 8
30kg x 5

Push press
60kg x 6
Shockin!

Shrugs
46kg x 13
46kg x 13
46kg x 13

Not done any push pressing in ages so was getting next to nothing from my legs but didn't expect much. Equalled my log pb with no sleeves and practically strict pressing the thing and at a few kg lighter so defo small improvements, reckon 100kg could be there if I practiced push presses for a few weeks.

Cheers, i ain't too bad ta mate. Hopefully we can compete together again next year, i didn't do much this year comp wise.

Just felt crap and totally wrong. still felt light, 'fresh' im guessing i could get 12 reps or something. Ill start doing push presses again before too long, just concentrating on strict mong power at the moment while i have no comps coming up.

Not bad, teckers gone a bit s**t recently. Need to get my arse lower at the start I think, locking out 190 felt really light on every rep but they all came slow off the floor using a lot of energy.

Doh holds

Bent over rows
70kg x 10
90kg x 8 straps
90kg x 8 straps

Bw Wide pull ups
X 10
X 7

Db hammer curlz
20kg x 7 ea
22kg x 5 ea

Face pulls
No 20 x 10

Grip seems to have improved a bit an pull-ups feel a bit easier.
