Uk limbo dancing champion Member 2666, 6551 posts SQ 202, BP 170, DL 255627.0 kgs @ 88kgs UnEq | some decent amount of work there on the squats sam. hope the tricep isnt nothing major. if u do have the need to do some upper body stuff id do some BB style pressing n dont lock the weights out (go as close to lockout without pain) shud keep the delts, in ok shape to not set ur log progress back, also cud do log cleans still and maybe delt raises if its not painful. | ||

Tricep feeling better today cheers pal. will try some pressing tomoro I think and maybe more squats too, once every 7 or 8 days just wasn't working for pushing squats forward. Not surprisingly. | ||

Db bench press (warm up) 20kg x 15 24kg x 10 30kg x 10 Bench press (soft lockouts) 80kg x 10 85kg x 8 90kg x 6 95kg x 4 80kg x 9 Not completely locking out makes it a fair bit harder to rep! Probably a good way of keeping elbows in goo nick. But maybe lockout strength would suffer? Db fly's 20kg 3 x 10 Strict press (soft lockout) 50kg x 8 50kg x 7 Incline db press 30kg x 8 30kg x 6 Kb upright rows 16kg x 6 20kg x 6 24kg x 6 32kg x 6 36kg x 6 36kg x 6 All kinds of gainz up in my traps.. Well least the elbow was ok. | ||

Happy enough with that, all reps clean and fast. Pull ups wide X 8 X 8 X 8 X 10 Chin ups X 5 X 5 X 5 X 8 Face pulls No 18 x 10 No 18 x 10 | ||

No, not quite. pretty sure ive done more reps with 200kg before too but im just ticking over at the moment, training more for fun and to maintain strength rather than trying to push things forward. | ||
