Bench 40kg x 1 50kg x 4 70kg x 3 100kg x 1 112.5 kg x 1 pb 115kg x 1PB! Fun as f**k! 115 not too hard. Most random sesh ever | ||

Jord - deadlifts goin better now ive got my technique a little better, hopefully get a bigger pb on these soon. Travis- very random training seshion, just talkin about gym and thought f**k it lets do bench! Prob not the best idea pissed but didnt hurt myself so its all good! | ||

Glorious spam Member 1563, 3961 posts SQ 180, BP 130, DL 260570.0 kgs @ 90kgs UnEq | 20/11/10 Went to strength tec gym in fareham to have a play with some strongman kit, picked up some good advice from a few of the guys down there. Started by trying some log clean and presses, got a bit of tuition and managed to get a good few reps on 65kg but didnt try anymore weight today. next we tried some farmers walks. Did a 15meter drop an 15 back with 50kg, a 15meter walk with 80kg and about 14.5meter walk with 100kg. Quite pkeased with these although i did feel one of my quads and one lat feeling a bit dodgy when i had finished, prob down to the fact i have done deadlfts twice this week already. So i left it there, didnt want to injure myself. Fun day, will definatly be heading down there again when im around this area. | ||

Incline bench 40kg x 12 60kg x 8/8/8/8 dumbell flat bench 27.5 kg x 6/6/6/8 Happy with the new squat pb, put a bit of volume on the chest today just cos i felt like it. End. | ||

I am feeling stronger all the time at the moment exept my knees didnt like all the deadlifting and farmers in the same week followed by squats today. Couldnt do farmers every week! . | ||

Glorious spam Member 1563, 3961 posts SQ 180, BP 130, DL 260570.0 kgs @ 90kgs UnEq | 25/11/10 I intended on deadlifting 5x3 on 152.5kg today but unfortunatly left lat is still pulling and causing some dodgy pains (kind of feels like my lat is gonna tear off when pulling) so i did a light session and hopefully it will heal by next time i do deadlifts. bar x 10 70kg x 6 80kg x 6 110kg 5 sets of 5. Then did some biceps. Wish i cold have done some proper lifting tonight . Fini | ||

Went something like this- One clean per set Rx3 Lx2 Rx5 Lx3 Rx3 Lx3 then a few mins rest then Rx8 Lx8 Technique benefited from this, usng my legs to dip under the weight has made it more explosive so looking forward to tryin more weight on these. | ||
