Wide Pull ups X 10 X 10 Hammer grip chins X 10 Some Curls X 2 sets. Feel s**t and tired! End. | ||

Back squats (no belt) 90kg x 3 long pause 120kg x 5 120kg x 5 Not a good day for squats. Lol. Strict log (one clean) 40kg x 5 60kg x 5 70kg x 3 75kg x 5 82.5kg x 2+f. Nearly a 3rd! Seated db press 28kg x 10 28kg x 10 28kg x 10 Db bench press 42kg x 6 42kg x 6 Upright kb rows 36kg x 10/12/12. | ||
