Bw pull ups wide. 5/5/5/5. barbell shrugs 60kg 15/15/15/15. Did a few sets of curls at the end. Deadlifts were a little harder than i thought they would be, most of my body is still a bit sore though. ![]() | ||

(50 reps) and thats it! ![]() | ||
