140kg x 4 sleeves/belt - no spotter, didn't feel brave enough to attempt 5th so did another set.
140kg x 3 sleeves/belt.
110kg x 6 atg paused -sleeves.

Leg press machine (stack)
200kg x 5
200kg x 5

ta bud, still not found the perfect way for myself to train squats yet but tbh it just seems that the harder i work the stronger they get. seems obvious but with some movements that theory doesn't work at all!

Front db raise x loads.

Some practice holding front squat oly style with 60kg x a bit. f**king HURTS my forearms/wrists...

Arms crossed front squats x s**te.


Log looks better written down than it actually was, teckers and strength not really on form with em today.

Ages since I clean a bar or did strict presses, enjoyed them altho no great weights.

Body Weight still low, think its time to start a bulk up until Xmas time get myself nearer 90kg for all kinds of gains!

Had some stressful stuff going on recently, diet has been s**t probably hitting no more than1500 cals with s**t food last few days just lost my appetite. But, thought some training would help which it did a little.

Deadlifts
50kg x 10 doh
110kg x 5 doh
170kg x 3
190kg x 3 belt
210kg x 1 belt
230kg x 1 straps/belt
215kg x 3 straps/belt

Good considering.

Bo bb rows
70kg x 12 doh
70kg x 12 doh

Db hammer curls
18kg x 8 each
18kg x 8 each

BW is at 85kg! lightest ive been in nearly 2 years i think Eek i have lost a fair bit of fat over the last few months but still, i gotta try to eat some more food...

Been 10 days since last squat Sesh so was expecting weights to feel heavy but happy enough with the reps I managed.

Got something not rite in my tricep, hurt when I try and lock/conpletly straighten my elbow so probably just more legs/core stuff this week, although I might try some chins without straightening the arms completely and see how I get on.
