AKA do what i did and force it, hurts a bit for 1st few sessions, then after that its full steam ahead. Miles cooler. Miles stronger position. Doesnt roll off your shoulders as much at all

Solid big sesh mate, nice work! I'm trying to force myself into the clean grip for fronties myself - 2 problems - i hate the clean grip and i hate fronties but i guess thats reason enough to do them lol!

Yea same thinking with me, the numbers I front squat are weak so the muscles used must be weak too!

120kg x 5 doh
160kg x 3
180kg x 3 belt
205kg x 7 pb straps/belt
235kg x 1 - bit of a grip tester, felt solid.

Deads in good form today, lower back a bit achy tho, don't think it's anything bad.

Bo rows (doh)

Wide pull ups (bw)
X 8
X 8

Db hammer curls
20kg x 7 ea
22kg x 3ea

Face pulls
No 15 x 20

Shhhhhh tho that's a secret goal! Yea 600lbs would be awsome this year and I do hope to attempt it, but as long as I manage a 5kg+ pb I won't be too disappointed.
