![]() Glorious spam Member 1563, 3961 posts SQ 180, BP 130, DL 260570.0 kgs @ 90kgs UnEq | 05/11/10 deadlifts. warm up 40kg x 10 60kg x 8 90kg x 5 110kg x 4 belt on about here. 120kg x 2 140kg x 1 150kg x 1 training sets - 155kg x 2 155kg x 2 155kg x 2 belt off 110kg x 8 Stiff leg deadlifts 60kg x 10/10/10/10 barbell shrugs from floor - 80kg x 8/8/8 pull ups x 5 chin ups x 5 pull ups x 5 chin ups x 5 pull ups x 5 chin ups x 5 some lat pull downs. knackered! found the deadlifts very draining today, dont think i have recovered enough from the squat doubles at the start of the week. but at least i got the reps that my programme asked of me ![]() | ||

![]() Glorious spam Member 1563, 3961 posts SQ 180, BP 130, DL 260570.0 kgs @ 90kgs UnEq | 08/11/10 Squat day. today i decided that i needed to avoid heavy squats this sesh, need a sort of de-load and tech building day. ....squats, all done very deep with way up as fast as possible. no belt, wraps or shoes. bar x many 60kg x 12 80kg x 4 80kg x 4 90kg x 4 90kg x 4 100kg x 4 went a bit heavyer than intended but enjoyed it. Finished off with a few sets of weighted sit ups ,chin ups x 10, some curls and leg extensions. hopefully heavy singles next squat sesh. | ||
