last year i did a cgbp 140.

put a bit of a collins arch and a wee bounce off the chesticalls and i bet you could rough up a 160 mate Wink

loal where are you getting that number from? theres no way i could have added 20kg to my 1rm when i did 140, if there was a way i would have done it. I certainly couldn't do it now. However i do intend to do it in the future
