My bench is only 120 Tongue Although that is narrow grip and paused, but still it's crap. Don't do it very often though.

My 140 was done close grip but not paused. Though right now I probably would struggle with 120

last year i did a cgbp 140.

put a bit of a collins arch and a wee bounce off the chesticalls and i bet you could rough up a 160 mate Wink

loal where are you getting that number from? theres no way i could have added 20kg to my 1rm when i did 140, if there was a way i would have done it. I certainly couldn't do it now. However i do intend to do it in the future
