Very happy to hit a squat PB at this point, 180 was nice and deep and fairly fast too Happy

After pressing yesterday triceps/shoulders etc still f**ked so log hard work, trying a new technique starting with a split stance, will see how i get on.

bw 86kg today :/ but ate most my food and drank about 4 litres of water before weighing today so not gonna start panicking just yet!

back was a bit f**ked after that tho lolz! did some more training last week but was s**t cos back was really stiff so couldnt do much. anyway had a week off so back to it, gained a few KG's but f**k it.
