Not timed, fast as possible. Ss with 6 press ups! Lol f**kED! Cable fly/face pulls ladders Both no 11 on stack. Starting at 10 ending after 5. Nearly puked. Tricep/elbow still a bit crap hence light work but its improved a bit. | ||
