Supposed to be getting some SM stuff in by the summer i think. But yea training at Chester Xfit at the moment couple of times a week. Up for training with whoevers up for it. Usually there about 4 but will change my time for u special people if need be! | ||

Incline bench (smiths) 65kg x 8 75kg x 8 75kg x 6 80kg x 6 Pull ups +15kg X 6 Chin ups +15kg X 5 X 4 Quick set of face pulls. Happy enough with that for now, planning singles on log for next week should give me an idea of where my max is about. | ||
