Rhys, Oswestry gym aint bad but still getting the gym together a bit. Supposed to be getting some SM stuff in by the summer i think.

But yea training at Chester Xfit at the moment couple of times a week. Up for training with whoevers up for it. Usually there about 4 but will change my time for u special people if need be!

well, im going tommorow about 12 or something if anyone else is free and fancies it.

As for when rodger is Down, 4th or 5th is good for me anytime after 4 really.

Happy enough with that for now, planning singles on log for next week should give me an idea of where my max is about.
