Beltless deadlift 60kg x 12 100kg x 10 doh 150kg x 8 180kg x 8 straps. Easy enough, breathing heavy with this cold tho. Bo row 90kg x 5 90kg x 5 60kg x 12 V pull downs 70kg x 10 75kg x 8 Wide pull down 70kg x 8 75kg x 6 Sit ups x 25 Felt too ill to do more today. | ||
