I know mate, tried changing the name of my journal...Failed! any idea? might still do a vid now and then if i feel like it but couldn't be f**ked carrying it on..especially cos my cameras dont work no more Roll-Eyes lol.

Cheers pal, just looked back tho and i did 135kg 3x6 not so long ago Angry so should have done another set really...
Anyway next squat sesh i think i'll go for 132.5kg x 10 or 135kg 4x6.

Cheers pal. Top set was with a belt. Should so them beltless really but had a lower back niggle and its still there a little bit so just playing it safe.
