Very happy to hit a squat PB at this point, 180 was nice and deep and fairly fast too Log one clean and jerk 40kg x 5 60kg x 5 70kg x 1 75kg x 1 80kg x 1 80kg x 1 80kg x 1 Log clean only 95kg x 3 95kg x 3 After pressing yesterday triceps/shoulders etc still f**ked so log hard work, trying a new technique starting with a split stance, will see how i get on. bw 86kg today :/ but ate most my food and drank about 4 litres of water before weighing today so not gonna start panicking just yet! | ||

Bench press 60kg x 12 80kg x 10 100kg x 6 105kg x 4 107.5kg x 5 cgbp 80kg x 8 paused. strict press 40kg 4 x 10 front raise 20kg 4 x 8 one arm strict db 25kg 2 x 6 each. pull downs no.10. 2 x 15 incline sit ups 4 x 10 not bad, will see how my back is when i do some squats and deads.... edit - Evening Short set of steps @local park x 6 sprints + walk back down. during dog walk. ace. | ||
