Training today: Log clean + press: 80kg x 3 90kg x 3 100kg x 1 + 1 clean no press - off balance so ditched it. 110kg 3 x 1 110kg x 1, 100kg x fail one motion Log press (1st rep cleaned): 80kg x 6 90kg x 6 100kg x 3 One-motion log clean + press: 80kg x 5 90kg x 5 session to see where im at with the log press currently. wasnt great but was better than I imagined it might be. felt technically horrible but managed to grind out all of the most important reps anyway. so theres something to work with. vid: | ||
