Give it 2-3 weeks and if you're losing keep doing it. If not try something different.

just call me J-spaz. Member 1160, 1556 posts SQ 205, BP 140, DL 260605.0 kgs @ 83kgs UnEq | What/how do you eat on your non fasted days? Could you not get the same results with just a lower Calorie diet?

Almost certainly mate. I find it works for me as its easier for me to control when I eat rather than when to stop if that makes sense. I enjoy pigging out so for me it's the best of both worlds. The price I pay is I only get to do it once a day, which for me is a good trade off. I tend to not have non fast days so I'll stick with it until I'm at target weight then start to add in smaller meals through the day.

Could you not get the same results with just a lower Calorie diet? almost certainly but like Andy i'm better at abstinance than portion control so it works well for me , plus you get the benefits of fasting if you make your one hour eating window an hour later each day. i've done it 4 days running and feel pretty good on it , hving said that i wrecked my back at work on monday so haven't been training.

not particularly well educated Member 85, 10986 posts SQ 170, BP 130, DL 260560.0 kgs @ 90kgs UnEq | back slowly improving , i'm strongly considering dropping deadlifts all together. benchpress 60kx20 70kx1070kx8 side lateral raises 6k kettlebell 10/10/10 3x3 minute rounds on the heavy bag 1 mins rest between sets 3x 3minute rounds on the double under bag 1 mins rest between sets i've decided that trying to maintain strength training whilst losing weight is just going to be demoralising so i'm going to be moving over to more pump fitness based stuff i'll be getting some sand next week to make a sand bag probably only 50k so i can do some circuits mixing it up with kettlebells and bodyweight stuff
