4 rounds on the heavy bags struggled tonight had no energy think i didn't eat enough

tibialis raises 2x25
backwards on treadmill 6 minutes
1x3 minute round of shadow boxing
1x3 minute round of pads
2x3 minute rounds of body sparring
2x3 minute rounds full sparring

got absolutely t**tted with a right hook towards the end of the 2nd round of sparring , spent the rest of the round running away

played rugby last saturday and have been feeling pretty beat up all week , particularly the knees which are still giving me some pain. that was definitely the last time i play rugby.

thursday was the first training day:

bench press 60kx5 70kx5 80kx5/5 dumbell bench 222k 10/10/10
seated overhead press 30k 5/5/5
tricep pushdowns and curls 3 sets each can't remember the weights.

6 minutes of interval training on some evil bike where you push with the arms as well 20 seconds all ought 40 seconds slow

3x3 minute rounds on the bags

friday :
deadlift standing on 20kg plate 140kx3 150kx3 160kx3 170kx1 beltless
6 minutes on evil bike 25 seconds on 35 seconds off
3x3 minute rounds on the bike

On sparing night (Thursday) I got kicked for the first time in the nads... and then second time. Both front kicks. wasnt pleasent even with a Jock strap protector... spent the rest of the time protecting my nads and therefore got hit in the head multiple times with my guard down.

ha ha thats a good tactic to get someone to drop their guard you should have wellied them in the knackers back !Grin

5 sets of 10 bodyweight squats atg
5 x3 minute rounds on the bags
6 minute HIT 25 seconds on 35 seconds off on the evil bike/arms combo thing
