tibialis raises 2x25 atg split squat x25 atg front squat 40kx5 60kx5 70kx3/3
30 minute run 2x 3minutes pad work 3x3 minute rounds on heavy bag

no but if they sold them in my aldi i'd definitely buy them.
we just missed a shop and 2 teenegers and a 20 year old eat you out of house and home. greedy bas***ds!

followed by deadlift 70kx5 100kx5 140kx3 160kx1 170kx1 180kx1 190kx1

i think 190x1 is the heaviest i've pulled for a good few years , i reckon 200k will go in fairly soon

5x3 minute rounds on the heavy bag then i watched my son spar which was great he's getting good quickly landed such a good left hook in his last spar they stopped the session (proud dad moment)
wednesday atg spoit squat x25 tibialis raises 2x25 reduced range nordics 3x5 atg front squat 60kx3 70kx3 70kx3 80kx3 85kx1 5x 3 minute rounds on the heavy bag
friday deadlift up to 190kx2 there was third but it would have been a grinder so i left it
stiff leg deadlift 100kx10
then 2 x3 minute rounds sparring the gigantosaurus , the gigantosaurus is 6'6" and 19 stone
but he is the only other 50 year old , he bullied me a bit , good fun! 2 rounds left me jelly legged and exhausted .

had to spar in front of my kids...went bat shyte! scared the poor bloke to death, he feel over twice. wont spar in front of the kids ever again...might give myself a heart attack...

you cant be far off that size you great big gorilla ned !!

I am still annoyed that when i did that white collar boxing i was against a dude 8 inches taller , whats the f**king point of that !!!?

nice to get some sparring in though

Its a fine line between pushing things too hard and not going hard enough , better to go too hard if its infront of the kids thoughGrin

Ha ha i'm a svelt 14 stone and 6'2" i just look fatter , its relly difficult sparring someone with a longer reach , i guess they thought you were quite good and threw you in with the big fella! the sparring was only bodysparring as i'm still not allowed to proper spar ( he is despite being the same age as me but he's had 8 club level fights so he's quite experienced)
