Still got a little bit of strength

Still doing Nordics? Any progress? I feel I've improved slightly.

I've also had some knee discomfort.

sadly they have dropped by the wayside , try walking backwards its supposed to be very good for the knees !

10 mins walking backwards

Old, weak and broken, but not too bad really. Same as always, training around the stuff that hurts. Looks like you are still plugging away though, so good work!
I have been trying to do something like throw some kettlebells around a couple of times a week and do a bit of fencing which us fun too.

much the same myself , Fencing sounds like fun ( i presume you mean swords not fence posts which doesn't sound like fun) i keep thinking i should do more kettlebells myself , i also think i should do more stretching but i never do . Good to hear you're still at it !

3x3 minute rounds on the bags
10 mminutes kipping
10 minutes backwrds on the treadmill

wednesday atg split squat 3x8 ,10 minutes backwards on the treadmill , 45 minutes shadow boxing and skipping

thursday 1 hours boxing training 5 mins backwards on treadmill , seated dumbell press 17kx10
