3x 3minutes on the punch bag 1 mins rest between sets
3 rounds of 10 kettlebell swings each hand 10 snatches each hand and 40 kettlebell swings both hands1 mins rest between sets

10 minutes in the barrel , probably the coldest water ive been in,I had to smash the ice on top with a kettlebell feel amazing now!

i'm loving the cold (mostly) yes i can find the bb code what is the button i use for the embedding when i looked at what you'd done it was an {img} that you used but i can find that option

Dear Ned, You could easy suck that in and have better posture a before and after 1 minute apart.

You do know that just loosing weight won't guarantee you a six pack?

I used to go out in the snow in a T-shirt. Now I can't bear the cold. I thought it was an age thing.

ed you look like you could play 'Goon 3' from a batman movie. you get a good right hook in before getting ktfo by batman.

yes i know mate , i did actually have aa 6 pack for a couple of weeks 10 years ago so itll be interesting to see if i can still get one at 50 , plus life is just a bit easier if you weigh less

yesterday bench press 80kx8 90kx3 suersetted with bor 60kx10/10 left it at that as all of it was a struggle.

this morning 30 mins of yoga and 20 minutes in the barell(pb)

i'm going to start the one meal a day type of fasting tomorrow i'll probably do 2 days a week and see how it goes

did the one meal a day today wasn't too bad ate at 4pm and trained at 7pm , felt pretty hungry by 4pm but i guess thats to be expected , got through the session ok but cut the volume down .

close grip bench press 60kx10 70kx8/8 supersetted with wide grip chins 8/8/8
2 sets of rear delt flys 6k kettlebells
