ha ha more like 95kg at a guess but i haven't weighed myself for a bit i will tonight.
the heaviest i've ever been is 101kg and i was a right fat bas***d! i hate to think what i'd look like at 105kg

that f**king run has given me the worst quad doms i have ever had , first day back at work today and it was grim i sacked it off at 3pm as everything was hurting .

did a bit in the hope it'll help with the doms

close grip bench feet up 60k x10 65k 10/10/10/10

supersetted with wide grip chins 5/5/5/5/5

5 mins on the double end bag 50 kettlebell swings with 2 6kg kettlebells and finished with a 10 minute dip in the barrel

I have to start lunging and burpee'ing for this hyrox comp but everytime i start , i get floored for days with doms of doom !!

gutted i had to miss my bin dip today , was hoping to go on a bit of a streak

My mrs took a photo of me with my top off in lets call it a relaxed state and its given me all the motivation i need, i would rather be a skinny c**t than look like a mini Jabba the hut.

im with you Ned , these days your average looking person probably is a bit of a fatty under the clothes ....so actually being fit and lean(er) means you might look a bit skinny/ill ... but feel fantastic

Is this just a natural progression as we get older, because so many people seem to just want to loose weight and be leaner??
I'm sure most of us started lifting weights to get bigger and stronger, so why not just focus on putting on as much muscle as possible whilst eating well and keeping in shape rather than chase X amount of weight loss?? Not knocking your goals btw Edd.

I know what weight i will need to be to have visible abbs so thats why the weight goal , and to be honest i work a physical job and its just easier when i'm lighter.I dont really have much ambition strength wise nowadays
