You too mate. Injury wise yeah it's pretty much fixed although it still hurts to touch. Still can't kneel on it. Strength wise I'm getting there. This time last year I was probably good for 6-7 with 155 squat. Could probably do 2 maybe 3 at a stretch now so not a million miles away.

I'm like that with my current juggernaut routine. Making progress although it's gaining back strength lost by my balance aids but wishing I found it much sooner. There's defiantly something to be said for more frequent training

I think a big part of it for me is in my head. high frequency I go up to all my top sets thinking itll definately go up because it went up fine yesterday/x amount of days ago. whereas training weekly I would go up thinking 'well could be a strong week or could be a weak week - lets see!'

actually felt stronger today than last night. think my body prefers afternoon training. pleased with hitting all my lifts this week. going to continue with the log but im switching to axle squat with wraps from next week as its in the mids u90 qualifier.

My strict press is not amazing so I'd say my biggest strengths would be leg drive and technique. Although the pressing standards in the u90s natural and tested have increased so much in the past few years I feel pretty average at it now!

Not really sure what defines high or low bar squat. I just have it sat on the bony bit below my traps.
