for a 642.5 total up on 600 for the same comp last year had a bit in the tank on squats and deads but was at my limit on the bench, roll on 280 at the sugdens comp.

well done jamie, sorry didn't hang around for the 600 mate. do us a favour tho put some weight on the bar those squays were far too easy lad.

no worrys mate, they felt easy, im always unsure of my depth I`m sure if i got my depth bang on I could get 220/225

stone 80kg over 4ft yoke 2 lots of 3 left it at that as my right bicep tendon felt a bit ropey.

log ceans felt really awakward today gonna leave off the cleaning for reps til after I pick up will trainer at the sugden comp. m gona work on bumping up my max the best i can til the.

farmers implements+90kg x20m +100kgx20m +80kgx40m with turn at 20m

not much mate worked up to 102.5 on johnnys log I think, hoping I can hit 110 at the sugden Roll-Eyes need to be better coordinating my legs/arms they are pretty much strict presses.

110 would be a solid goal mate.

Think the 110-120 range is going to be quite congested at the comp.

had to train saturday instead of friday and not the worlds best session

squats
160x3 180x3 200x1 (didnt feel loaded right) another attempt 200x2 weight felt light just couldnt co ordinate right.
Bench 140x3x3
Chins bw_25x3x3
yoke started an attempt woth 250 but yoke had frozen to ground so 3 20m sprints with 160+weight of frame instead
