Yeah agreed mate, I only planned on going pretty light to start with. As you know, that yoke bar is very thick, so it may be a bit harder at lighter weight? I certainly think at the moment 200+ would be far too heavy for me.

Hopefully it can improve week on week though

CG was easy, squat wasnt lol. Probably only at 600lb max at mo, but not squatted heavy in a few months so a good place to build from.

Thanks guys. Was very happy to get through the full session, as didnt think my gammy neck would allow me too bench (its f**ked again though now!)

Thinking about the squat, I have gone back to 2m, 5+ year old wraps, so its not suprising I found it more difficult than I expected
