technical retard Member 172, 36827 posts SQ 310, BP 205, DL 335850.0 kgs @ 108kgs UnEq | Squats last night at Catts, atmosphere was electric, just what I needed, Got taliking to a fella (cant remember his name!) who won the 82.5KG or 90KG (cant remember that either LOL) at the recent BDFPA North West Qualifier at Bradford - think he said he won with 560KG total - seemed like a good fella Squats 60KG x 6 100KG x 6 120KG x 3 130KG x 3 140KG x 2 - failed 3rd, WTF!!!!!!!!! 145KG x 2 - failed 3rd, not happy 145KG x 3 145KG x 2 - failed 3rd, should have nailed it, severly pissed off with myself!!! Hammy Curls 4 sets Superseted with Dbell SLDL Few sets Calf Raises (diont ask, I dont know why either!!) BW Pull-Ups - 3 sets 6, 5, 5 Dbell Rows - 35 KG 4 sets of 6 - piss easy After squatting, just had a bit of a general workout, taking it very easy before Saturday No deadlift this week, so will have to nail on Sunday!! | ||

Was dissapointed not to get, but am sure will nail at the British. Also expect my bench to come on a lot more, as of today, will probably start training bench down at Adlington with some of the Sudgenites Was excellent to meet Rick, Rob and the legends that are FatPete and Alan. Was also nice to see Joni, Bryn, Jim and Martin again. Thanks to Jim and FatPete especially who had some words of wisdom for me regarding future competition | ||

Yeah was very dissapointed not to get the 160. I actually think with training alone my bench has actually regressed a little. Having said that, didn't think I was a million miles off the 160. Not tried a shirt yet, although am sure it will cdome in the not to distant future!! | ||

Really should have gone in at 150, maybe 155, with 160 as second lift, to give me two shots at it, but it all good experience I suppose | ||

Right shoulder has been giving me a little grief since the 150 attempt on Sat so light bench today Warm up to 120 then 120 x 6 120 x 6, drop to 100 x 2, drop to 70 x 4 - no rest in between sets 120 x 4, drop to 90 x 3, drop to 70 x 3 - no rest, shoulder giving me grief DB Press 50KG x 4, 35KG x 4 - no rest 50KG x 3, 35KG x 3, 30KG x 3 - no rest - shoulder feels OK on these Militray press Cleaned from floor 60KG x 6, 50KG x 4 - no rest 60KG x 4, 50KG x 4, 40KG x 4 - no rest between sets Dont know what I was doing tonight, certainly not PL, but was hard but very fun | ||
