Cheers man, i seem to be improving quite a lot with the pressing at the moment. havent done much squatting this week as my back is giving me a bit of s**t, had cramping and its just acheing on and off, but it seems to be getting better now - hopefully i will be back squatting and deadlifting soon! An equipped sumo dead PB was in sight before i got injured too... | ||

Just time i guess... Bench - comp grip 2 x 6 60kg 1 x 5 80kg 1 x 1 90kg 3 sec pause 1 x 1 100kg 3 sec pause 1 x 1 110kg 3 sec pause 1 x 1 115kg 3 sec pause 1 x 1 117.5kg 3 sec pause equal PB a wee bit off line but got it in the end 1 x 1 120kg 3 sec pause PB 1 x F 125 touch and go - just run out of steam, woulda been another equal PB. Overhead 1 x 10 20kg strict 1 x 6 40kg 1 x 6 50kg 1 x 6 60kg 1 x 2 70kg 1 x 1 80kg 1 x 1 85kg push 1 x 1 90kg 1 x 10 60kg strict My comp bench should be around 122.5 - 125 after a little rest, hope to hit that 130 touch and go in the next few weeks! | ||
