Yeah i am making pretty decent progress at the moment, quite happy with it! 2 new raw bench PBs today: Bench Pinkies On Ring 1 x 10 20kg 1 x 5 60kg 1 x 1 80kg 1 x 1 90kg 1 x 1 100kg 1 x 1 110kg 1 x 1 121kg 1 x 1 122.5kg Put the shirt on afterwards and did various boards working down to a few touches, failed 172.5. no shirted work for a few weeks now, then i will give that 175 a shot. Did a bit of assistance afterwards, rear delts and tate press. | ||

Not sure when i will plateau, with the progress i am making at the moment i dont think i will for a while yet. consistantly hitting 120kg wide grip now, looks like it is gonna be equal to my close grip within the next week or two. Hopefully i will get my years targets of 300lb raw 400lb equipped bench! Bench 1 x 10 60kg 1 x 10 70kg 1 x 5 80kg 1 x 3 90kg 1 x 1 100kg 1 x 1 110kg 1 x 1 120kg 1 x F 125kg - very close, needed a spot due to going off line. Will get it next week did a few more singles around 110kg, i forgot the exact numbers.. 6 singles over 90% in total. Finished off with some tate press and chest supported row. Tried some very light pulls today, glute felt good but didnt want to push it too hard! | ||

Good luck! Yeah, bench is progressing well but i dont want to do too much, did 10 singles the other day and it f**ked my recovery... squats today!!! Squats 1 x 5 20kg 1 x 5 60kg 1 x 5 80kg 1 x 3 100kg 1 x 1 120kg 1 x 1 140kg 1 x 1 160kg 1 x 1 170kg 1 x 1 175kg Walkouts 1 x 1 180kg held for 10 seconds 1 x 1 200kg held for 10 seconds 1 x 1 220kg held for 10 seconds 1 x 1 240kg - didnt walk out, but lifted off and held for a while. finished off with 5x10 hamstring curls and some stretching. felt great, still struggling a bit on deapth due to the hip, but strength is coming back quickly - added 15kg since last week. walkouts felt great, but 240 was a little heavy. | ||

Member 887, 337 posts SQ 0, BP 207.25, DL 0207.3 kgs @ 132.5kgs Eq | Bench 1 x 10 20kg 1 x 5 60kg 1 x 3 70kg 1 x 1 80kg 1 x 1 90kg 1 x 1 100kg 1 x 1 110kg 1 x F 123.5kg - went way off line, and struggled off the chest did some more, lowering slow, holding just off the chest and pressing: 1 x 2 80kg 1 x 2 90kg 1 x 1 95kg 1 x 1 100kg 1 x 1 105kg 1 x 1 110kg - held for a second, didnt press. these felt great, hitting my sticking point perfectly and should help me progress quickly. finished with lat pulldowns (4x8) and some pinch grip work - worked up to 2x20kg plates, lifted a few inches off the floor on first attempt. will get it soon! | ||

Bench 1 x 10 40kg 1 x 10 50kg 1 x 5 60kg 1 x 3 80kg Slow eccentric, 3 sec hold just off chest 1 x 1 90kg 1 x 1 95kg 1 x 1 100kg 1 x 1 102.5kg 1 x 1 105kg Slow eccentric, 5 sec hold just off chest 1 x 1 80kg 1 x 1 90kg 1 x 1 92.5kg 1 x 1 95kg finished off with some rows. | ||
