Where do you obtain these women?

Also i woke up this morning and my glute was feeling great after a bit of stretching - as long as i keep it moving regularly then it doesnt tighten up or give me any problems. Its taking its time to recover, but its getting there!

Bench - middle finger on ring, holds off chest on singles over 100kg
1 x 10 20kg
1 x 10 40kg
1 x 5 60kg
1 x 3 80kg
1 x 1 100kg
1 x 1 102.5kg
1 x 1 105kg
1 x 1 107.5kg
1 x 1 110kg

second wave - all held off chest apart from the last single. Had an energy drink, and i guess it kinda worked.
1 x 2 60kg
1 x 2 65kg
1 x 2 70kg
1 x 2 75kg
1 x 2 80kg
1 x 2 85kg
1 x 2 90kg
1 x 2 95kg
1 x 2 100kg
1 x 2 105kg
1 x 2 110kg
1 x 2 115kg - PB double hold off chest, 5kg more than previous single
1 x 1 117.5kg - PB single hold off chest
1 x 1 120kg - PB comp pause on chest with wide grip

Finished off with some dumbbell rows.

I am progressing really fast training like this man, i am sure i can touch and go 125-130 strict, or drop and heave it with a pause - but it has no carryover to anything in the long run so i really cant be arsed wasting energy on it. Next time i do touch and go i will work up to a 125 or 127 single i think, just to see how it feels but i am still hitting the pauses till i can hold 120 off the chest for 3 seconds.

I am really happy at hitting it after such a long workout - i am sure i have 120 hold off the chest and 125 paused in me very soon man. Just gonna keep doing waht i am doing and see where it takes me!

Did a lot of stretching and some light squats and deads today to test the hip out again, its still a bit tight so didnt push it too hard. Ended up mainly as a grip training session come the end.

Pinch grip 2x20kg 5reps right hand, 0reps left - pb on right hand!
2x15kg 3 15sec holds with left hand.
140kg 1 hand deadlift
5x5kg plates pinch grip
2x20kg plates ~7sec hold

Toby has already done most of the classical grip feats (2x20kg pinch, 20kg by the hub, 5x5kg and so on).

CoC#3 next.

I wish I could do all that stuff but I've got hands like a b**ch. I've dated girls with bigger mitts than myself (and no they weren't from Thailand)

Yeah very strong grip! Came in handy when I needed a hand getting my belt on for squats and deads lol (I used to wear it so stupidly tight I couldn't put it on myself).
