I think i will get 250 this year now, that wasnt overly difficult and the wraps were on quite loose.

Bench strict touch and go
1 x 10 60kg
1 x 5 70kg
1 x 1 80kg
1 x 1 90kg
1 x 1 100kg
1 x 1 110kg
1 x 1 115kg

3sec iso speed
8 x 1 90kg

finished off with about 10 sets of hammer rows, 5x10 neutral grip pulldowns, 3x10 heavy pushdowns

Yesterday - worked on high bar beltless squats, about 30 reps total max at 100kg no lean / 110kg with a slight lean so dropped weight back. This is improving quickly, and should have great carryover to low bar and equipped.

Today -

Bench
1 x 10 20kg
1 x 5 60kg
1 x 5 70kg
1 x 1 80kg
1 x 1 90kg

3 sec isos
1 x 1 100kg
1 x 1 110kg
1 x 1 115kg - 3sec iso pb
1 x F 117.5kg - small spot, will go soon.
1 x 1 100kg
1 x 1 105kg
5 x 1 110kg

finished off with some skullcrushers and strict neutral grip pulldowns.

missed logging a few sessions, interent has been a bit s**t but it seems to be fixed now.

friday - squats. paused beltless high bar work, cant remember reps / sets.

sunday:

Bench
2 x 5 60kg
1 x 1 80kg

3sec iso
1 x 1 90kg
1 x 1 100kg
1 x 1 110kg

5sec eccentrics
2 x 1 120kg
1 x 1 130kg
1 x 1 140kg
1 x 1 145kg - great progress on this.

speed bench
1 x 2 60kg
1 x 2 80kg
6 x 1 100kg

finished off with rope pushdowns and strict neutral grip pulldowns (both 3x10)

today:

Squats (high bar, all beltless)
2 x 5 20kg
1 x 5 40kg

paused
1 x 1 60kg

1 x 1 110kg - slight lean, so dropped back.

pause jump squats (1 min rest between sets, 5min rest between blocks)

finished off with hamstring curls and reverse hypers (3x10)

You took 1 min rest between sets of 1, and then 5 mins rest after 3, singles....

why?
