This is improving quickly, and should have great carryover to low bar and equipped.Today - Bench 1 x 10 20kg 1 x 5 60kg 1 x 5 70kg 1 x 1 80kg 1 x 1 90kg 3 sec isos 1 x 1 100kg 1 x 1 110kg 1 x 1 115kg - 3sec iso pb 1 x F 117.5kg - small spot, will go soon. 1 x 1 100kg 1 x 1 105kg 5 x 1 110kg finished off with some skullcrushers and strict neutral grip pulldowns. | ||
