Member 887, 337 posts SQ 0, BP 207.25, DL 0207.3 kgs @ 132.5kgs Eq | Squat Day Squats 2 x 5 60kg 1 x 3 80kg 1 x 2 100kg 1 x 1 120kg (beltless PB) 1 x 1 130kg (Belt PB) 1 x 1 140kg (Belt PB) 1 x 150 (knee wraps) 1 x 160 (knee wraps) Seated Leg Press Calf Raises 2 x 15 190kg Hip Adduction 2 x 12 145kg Crunches 3 x 25 The knee wrap squats where failed due to deapth, the 160 was quite close but the 150 was nowhere near (even though everyone in the gym seemed impressed as most of them quater squat...) Technique getting better every week, no longer do my now famous "good-morning" squat style. | ||

Attempted to pause the 92.5 bench (would have equalled my paused PB) but something went wrong, was defo in me but my right arm went out of line for some reason, still unsure why... Hope to get at least 95kg paused within the next few weeks! | ||

Doubt i would have managed more than 2 anyway as my lower back feels quite bad. Happy with the 200kg from the floor, was a slow start but went through my usual sticking point very quickly. | ||
