Spent a lot of time doing singles and low reps to get my technique better, i think some proper shoes would help me too, as i am using completely flat ones right now. | ||

Happy with the belted, raw and paused squats - all is well there! | ||

First 2 times the setup wasnt right and i cocked up the line, third i just didnt have the energy left in me to press it... It will come soon. | ||

Front squats went well, will be adding another 10kg on that next time i train them. | ||
