I'd like to do 100x5 on these in time Overhead squat bar x 8 30x8 30x8 30x8 Snatch grip deadlift 60x5 80x5 100x5 120x5 140x5 - got a video of this. These weren't easy. A goal of 180x5 on these would be awesome right? Conditioning 25 kb swings / 10 burpees 20 kb swings / 8 burpees 15 kb swings / 6 burpees 10 kb swings / 4 burpees 5 kb swings / 2 burpees kb swing with 2x12g kb (16s being used) Well..... that was supposed to be what happened. I managed the first two circuits before i was on floor lol so.... 25kb swings / 10 burpees 20kb swings / 8 burpees 4 mins 20 s Burpees are just so draining at 109kg lol | ||
