Good effort Adam. You've had a good run of training recently so a bit of a shame things didn't go as planned on comp day, but s**t happens.

I was meant to do 100x3 as well, but 90 didnt feel great and my back was starting to ache, not quite recovered yet, no worry, these were work though lol


Thrusters- 1 rep=front squat and push press

Conditioning

25 kb swings / 10 burpees
20 kb swings / 8 burpees
15 kb swings / 6 burpees
10 kb swings / 4 burpees
5 kb swings / 2 burpees

kb swing with 2x12g kb (16s being used)

Well..... that was supposed to be what happened. I managed the first two circuits before i was on floor lol

so....

25kb swings / 10 burpees
20kb swings / 8 burpees

4 mins 20 s


Burpees are just so draining at 109kg lol
